Tonight on B_Original, Jonathan Petrick will host Dana Cooper. Dana was originally signed to Electra Records in 1972 and has been making Americana/Country/Folk music ever since. He was coming through Binghamton to play at the Cranberry Coffee House on Saturday 18, 2025, and did perform at the No Kings protest during the day before his show. Leading the crowd in a Woody Guthrie classic. Tune in for my interview with Dana Cooper.

The WBDY - LP 99.5 needs your help right now we are accepting donations of

1. MICROPHONES! We need Mics

2. We are attempting to expand our Music Library: we are accepting donations of the following

Vinyl Records, Cassettes, CDs, WAV, & Flac files of any material, music or spoken word to add to our Music library and used to play tracks and the physical media maybe used by hosts to play live on air.

We are especially focused on supporting local artists and local talent. Those recordings are especially important to archive demo tapes, band practices, and local live shows or shows by local bands are also wanted.

You would like to donate to the Bundy museum in anyway; monetarily, with work, or product, physical music media or WAV or Flac files. All donations are tax deductible.

and Me (Jonny P) will dedicate this week's B_Original to Yolk, Wed 10/8/25 at 7:00pm and repeated Sat. 10/11/25 and will be playing an edited for Radio recording of Yolk - Wetlands, NY 1996.

Do you have Vinyl Records, especially 45’s, CD’s, FLAC, or WAV files, even Cassettes** of music that you would like to donate to WBDY - LP 99.5 FM Bundy Radio. We are part of the Bundy Muesum of Art and History in Binghamton, NY and are a nonprofit. We are looking for all types of music with a focus on the rarer and more eclectic and especially music by local artists or audio of shows and gigs in town.
We will digitize the vinyl or whatever format to FLAC files and add them to our library. Library will be used to play tracks on air and made available to Museum members

WBDY - LP 99.5 FM Bundy Radio

WBDY is looking for diverse volunteers to contribute to an ongoing local community news series. We are especially interested in amplifying local voices and views not available on legacy media.

This series will focus on local news and community issues. We will need a few volunteers to give few hours a week of time to the station. Positions will entail reading, research, writing, voice recording, and interviews with local business owners and leaders, regular folks on street, as well as anything else you wanna get into at in the studios.

No prior experience needed. Must be wwilling to learn and contribute. We will work with any skill level and try to bring out the best of your abilities. This is a great opportunity to get involved in your community and help inform others of issues in and around Binghamton and the rest of the Triple Cities.


This Local News Series is something we have been working towards for awhile at WBDY-LP, Binghamton. WBDY station is part of the Pacifica network. The Pacifica Radio Network is a nonprofit organization that operates a network of community radio stations in the United States. Founded in 1949, it aims to provide a platform for progressive and alternative media, focusing on social justice, civil rights, and grassroots activism. The network is known for its commitment to free speech and diversity of thought, often featuring programming that includes news, talk shows, music, and cultural content that reflects various perspectives, particularly those marginalized in mainstream media. WBDY-LP's news program will be styled after other community news programs available on the Pacifica Network.
