Read this carefully, because it might sting in what I consider the best way possible 😈:

Most women don’t miss their next level because they’re unqualified.
They miss it because they keep waiting for permission.

〰️ Waiting for January.
〰️ Waiting for “later."
〰️ Waiting until things to settle down.
〰️ Waiting until they have the money to invest (a catch 22)

And none of the above will ever feel right because ... you're waiting for a sign. When YOUR action is the sign.

Your next level won’t show up while you hesitate.
It shows up when you lead.

With the economy, the social economy, and shifts in what's working in online marketing, one thing is certain:

Your network is killing your brand 🌶️

I know I’ve said this a lot lately, but this is a very common denominator with women who have sent me DM’s or inquired about working with me… And I do not shy away from speaking out on topics that I feel strongly about.

TL;DR - you don’t need more lateral cheerleaders. You need leadership. (It’s why you’re stuck).

Reminder: we are always evolving in up, leveling the spaces that we position ourselves in.

If you are in the same network year over a year, that signals a big red flag 🚩 for me in your business.

Unless you are leaving with collaboration opportunities and other financially beneficial outcomes, it’s a waste to keep returning to the same room. Period!

I’d love to chat with people in the comments about networking and when you’ve seen this happen as far as feeling stuck or not going anywhere with the network that you are in.
