I have worked in corporate America and work for myself. What I have learned is a lot of white women who are in charge are intimidated by minority women (mainly black women) who have a voice and won’t let you talk to us in any kind of way. How can you determine you don’t like someone because they set boundaries, and prioritize kids, family, and mental health? How do you not like someone cause they will not allow you to walk all over them or say the little slick s**t that we pick up on?
At this point in 2024 I am no longer trying to teach, explain, turn a blind eye, show, or understand. I am calling your ass out and idgaf how you feel about it.
At some point, we as black women have to learn how to protect our peace and our mental health. We are dealing with way too much to be dealing with you not liking us or making our life hard because of your insecurities.
To the companies that keep turning a blind eye and not doing anything but enabling these types of behavior, I hope you lose so much money that it makes you rethink your position on things.
However, stop playing with me because my ancestors don’t play about me and I am one candle lighting away from destroying your whole life.
