🏡 CONGRATS and We Closed the Deal! 🏡
My client, hereafter known as The Educator, and I met nearly 18 years ago! Back when flip phones were cool and gas was under $2! LOL 😂 Now fast forward to January 2024!! She reached out (big thanks to the mutual friend who made the referral magic happen) and we kicked off her homeownership journey.

We laid out the process… then hit pause. 🛑Life be life-ing sometimes, right? 😬 But this past fall, she circled back—focused, ready, and determined. First, we found a resale and negotiated strong… then the seller backed out. WTW?! Still, we didn’t fold. OKAY BYE ✌🏾

We pivoted, locked 🔒 in the perfect new construction home, and pushed through some FHA hurdles—including an exception for an existing FHA loan. With the help of Nicole Anthony Shavers and her lender squad, we got it done and she’s closed 🏁 and changing her address!! 🙌🏾

Moral of the story: Dreams don’t expire, sometimes they just take the scenic route. 😉
