Divorce sounds like a failure... but staying together, cursing the darkness of a damned relationship is even more crippling...

Divorce is hard. No matter what stage you may be going through. And oftentimes, it does feel like a failure. A failed relationship. But you really have to work on the ways in which you choose to look back and view that relationship. And choosing to stay in a relationship that just isn't working and just isn't sustainable isn't helpful or healthy for anyone.

What if it is crucial to the case and beneficial for the child in the long run?
Tune in to hear these answers and so much more as they dive deep into navigating the delicate yet crucial role a child's therapist can play in a high-conflict case.

Everything WILL make sense someday...
I know how difficult divorce can be and that it can take such a toll on you mentally, emotionally, and physically. Try to do your best to make self-care a priority, even if it is just one small thing you can do for yourself each day... even if it is just taking 5 minutes to yourself just to breathe and know that everything will be okay.

Stay strong and remain hopeful! And remember to be kind to yourself during this time. ๐Ÿ’œ
