We are so honored to announce that Opening Number has been selected to screen at the 23rd Annual Sidewalk Film Festival.

Opening Number will screen in downtown Birmingham (ASFA Recital Hall: 800 19th St. N., Birmingham, AL 35203) on Saturday, August 28th at 3:40pm CDT in the Family Shorts category. We would like to say a HUGE congratulations to our lead actor, Avery May, who won BEST YOUTH ACTOR at Venice Shorts Awards in California for his portrayal of Charlie in Opening Number! 🎉🥳 This was announced last night in LA Indies Magazine, along with the other categories, which you can find at the following link:

🏆Bronze Award: Best Actress, Kathy Wilson, for “Opening Number”
🏆Bronze Award: Best Student Director (Male), Cole Cabiness, for “Opening Number”
🏆Honorable Mention: Best Production Design, Haley Counts and Crew, for “Opening Number”
