TRAFFIC NEWS: Bell Hill Road in McCalla.

🚧 Bell Hill Road Update 🚧: Temporary detour with specific dates, times, and locations. The contractor is scheduled to install five live sewer laterals crossing Bell Hill Road in conjunction with ESD from Sept. 30th to Oct. 4th. To facilitate this work, we are coordinating the traffic control devices (via Message Boards) installed at or near the signalized intersections and will implement a temporary detour for local traffic only within the affected area.
This work is essential for completing the "live" sewer lateral connections to the following businesses:
• Sherwin-Williams at 4760 Bell Hill Rd
• Meineke Car Care Center at 4754 Bell Hill Rd
• Fresenius Medical at 4748 Bell Hill Rd
• Pediatrics West – McAdory at 4730 Bell Hill Rd
• Holiday Inn at 4703 Bell Hill Rd
Key Details:
• Work hours will be weekdays only, from 8:30 am to 2:30 pm, to minimize disruption to school traffic.
• All businesses have been notified and will remain accessible during this time.

Great news for those who travel on Parkwood Road…the bridge is complete and has re-opened, and ahead of schedule!

The Parkwood Road bridge work is complete and the road will open at Noon today. We appreciate citizens' patience in this area and are glad it could be opened early.
