Last night in the game, Jimmy Horn Jr. couldn't get anything going. He was not being productive and was getting frustrated. Coach Prime walked onto the field and talked to him (didn't yell at him like most coaches). After whatever he said, Jimmy Horn Jr. hugged him, so I knew what he said was powerful. A few minutes after that, Jimmy Horn Jr. scored a touchdown on the game-tying drive! The moral of the story is that Deion is a father and coach to those kids. That boy's daddy is locked up, and Deion is being a father to more than just his son. Y'all gotta put some respect on ! Young Black men need more hugs!

⚠️ Jefferson County is averaging ~70 new reported cases per day, however the total number of new cases is likely higher due lack of reporting of at-home test results. ⚠️ JCDH is currently offering the Pfizer-BioNTech and Moderna bivalent COVID-19 vaccine boosters, respectively, that target both the original strain of the virus and two of the Omicron sub-variants (BA.4 and BA.5). These sub-variants account for 79% of all new COVID-19 infections in HHS Region 4 (AL, FL, GA, KY, MS, NC, SC, TN). FDA authorization for vaccine booster administration to those under age 12 is expected in the near future, but the timeline is not yet known. Parents are encouraged to have their children complete the primary series of the current vaccines so that they will be eligible for the bivalent booster in the future.
