Murray Van der Veer is an Australian filmmaker dedicated to using his craft for positive environmental and social impact. Through his filmmaking he captures Australia’s landscapes, history, and pressing environmental challenges. From exploring the stories of invasive species and river conservation to sharing rich social histories, Murray’s work is a call to protect our planet and promote social justice. Join us as we dive into how Murray’s storytelling sparks change and awareness for a better world.

Tonino Zaccagnini - Rest in Peace

ZACCAGNINI, Tonino. June 16, 2023. Age 55. Beloved son of Francesco and Nina Zaccagnini. Dear brother and best friend of Marco Zaccagnini. Also survived by his soul mate and companion of 20 years, Kelly Kubeck as well as many friends. Tonino and his brother owned and operated EpoxyMaster in Lake Orion together for many years; he loved working with his brother every day. Tonino enjoyed film and along with his brother, participated in theater and film acting as well as made and produced local films. He was an avid hunter, boater, and automotive enthusiast and enjoyed living on the lake at his island home. Tonino also liked to play bocce ball and loved to travel the world. Instate Wednesday 9:30am until time of 10am Mass at San Francesco Catholic Church, 22870 S. Nunneley (S. of Metropolitan Parkway, E. of Gratiot), Clinton Township. Private entombment, Cadillac Memorial Gardens East, Clinton Township. Memorial contributions to San Francesco Catholic Church are appreciated.
