Fastest way to climb out of a pit! Rope walkers are great for single pitches, but more difficult to maneuver when there are multiple rebelays, j-hangs and more difficult rope work to be done.

We knew it might rain, but we thought we could make it to one more cave. It was pouring when we finally got there. The thunder and lighting began too, leaving us no choice but to use the cave for shelter. I wonder how many humans over the course of humanity have done this very same thing? If caves could talk.

I don’t forget a beautiful entrance and this one is very nice!
This cave was only 400 feet uphill from another cave that was full of signatures from the early 1800’s, but the walls of this cave have no signature at all.
