Birmingham Poetry Review Birmingham Poetry Review is funded by the UAB English Department and the UAB College of Arts and Sci We read manuscripts year-round. Sample copies are $2.50.

Submit

Unsolicited manuscripts of no more than five poems are welcomed but must be accompanied by a stamped, self-addressed envelope for consideration. We cannot honor International Reply Coupons. At the present time, we do not accept electronic submissions. Reprints are permitted with appropriate acknowledgement. All rights revert upon publication. Guidelines for submission are available for a S

ASE. Pay is two copies and a one-year subscription. Authors should submit 3–5 poems, without cover letters. Be absolutely certain that you enclose sufficient postage on your SASE if you expect us to return your work. We accept simultaneous submissions. Please contact us immediately if a poem you have submitted to us is accepted elsewhere. Reprints are accepted in a very few cases — translations being the most common. We usually report on submissions within 1–3 months, and we occasionally comment on rejections. Address all correspondence to
