Congratulations to Don McNutt on his retirement. For over 43 years as our president and general manager, Don kept the lights on and probably was the one who changed the bulbs! He led by example and was always ready to pitch in no matter the task. We think one of his greatest gifts was his ability to hire the best people to become a part of the LTP family. We all feel so lucky to work and to have worked with so many talented people; and Don’s final two hires will continue that tradition. Please join us in welcoming Billy Sanford and Clay Morrison to LTP.

Billy will serve as Finance Director, overseeing the company’s financial operations and ensuring we remain strong and well-positioned for the future. And Clay will take on the role of Managing Director, responsible for leading the team and building on the decades of success that Don and the team have achieved.
