Super thankful to be a guest on the Worship Circle podcast with Todd Fields, someone whose worship leading style I tried hard to emulate back in the day. 😜 Todd is doing beautiful and important work, helping ministry leaders by giving them a safe place to connect, be real and raw, and find love and support as they serve in really difficult roles.

We got to talk about what it's like to be a ministry leader with a struggle with unwanted or addictive behaviors.
