2025 has been among the best years of my life. If I had to choose one word to describe it, it would be gratitude. I wanted to pause and reflect on a few of the blessings that made this year so special (in no particular order). 🤍

1️⃣ I’m deeply thankful for “my people” who follow along with my recipes, shopping finds, and Tucker’s antics. 😂 Because of you, I get to do what I truly love, and I never take that for granted.

2️⃣ God blessed Zane and me with two beautiful, healthy grand-girls.

3️⃣ I’m grateful for the friendships God has placed in my life: longtime friends, new ones, and those still to come.

4️⃣ I’m incredibly thankful for the opportunity to design and create a fashion collection with , releasing this February. It’s something I never imagined and feel so humbled by.

5️⃣ And I’m endlessly grateful for the amazing team God has surrounded me with who love and support Family Savvy so well. I’m beyond thankful for each of them.

I’m overwhelmed by God’s goodness this year and so thankful for every blessing. Looking ahead with hope and trust in His plans for 2026. Happy New Year, friends! 🤍

The recipes that make the perfect New Year’s Day meal (Part 2) 🎉A New Year’s table is all about Southern comfort, so I’m sharing a few more favorite recipes to help you ring in the new year with big flavor. 😘 Most of these can be made ahead and simply reheated on New Year’s Day.

1️⃣ White Cheddar Mac & Cheese – Cover with foil and reheat at 350°F. Add a splash of milk or bone broth if it looks dry, then stir before reheating.

2️⃣ Baby Back Ribs (one of my most popular recipes!) – Cover with foil and reheat at 275°F until warmed through.

3️⃣ French Onion Fondue Mac & Cheese – Reheat the same way as the White Cheddar Mac & Cheese.

4️⃣ Southern Cornbread (baked in a cast-iron skillet)

5️⃣ Instant Pot Collard Greens

6️⃣ Skillet Blackberry Cobbler – Best served hot and fresh the day of!
