Ingredients supplier dsm-firmenich has launched ModulaSENSE maskers, designed to work with its Vertis CanolaPRO in formulation of protein bars and other products. According to the company, the maskers target bitterness, astringency, and licorice-like notes at a molecular level bars, ready-to-mix drinks and other items made with Vertis CanolaPRO protein isolate.

The maskers are intended to work with the company's Vertis CanolaPRO protein isolate.

Krispy Kreme Doughnuts and Warner Bros. Discovery Global Consumer Products are releasing the all-new LTO “Hungry for Heroes” Collection featuring three celebrating DC superheroes: Superman, Batman, and Wonder Woman.

The doughnuts are available individually and in a custom-designed dozens box featuring the three characters, plus in-shop and for pickup or delivery via the brand's app and website.

We visited VDG - Van der Graaf on Friday as part of its 40th anniversary celebration. The event showcased the company's Shelby Township, MI facility, a hub in its fully integrated and automated production process. Every component of the VDG Drum Motor, used for and product-making, is manufactured in-house.

Attendees were treated to a BBQ lunch from a local restaurant, plus a tour of the facility.
