🌟Lyra Series Starts Tonight🌟

Come fly with Megan and learn the basics of aerial hoop, also known as the lyra. The aerial hoop is a circular steel apparatus (resembling a hula hoop) suspended from the ceiling, on which circus artists perform aerial acrobatics. In this 6-week series Megan will teach you how move confidently and safely on the Lyra including mounts, poses and dismounts. As the series progresses the focus will shift to transitions - how to seamlessly link moves together in order to create a 1-2 minute choreographed sequence. This is a mixed level series - no experience is necessary.
