Hello, Teachers!!!
I'm not based in the USA. . Allow me to share these with you without asking something in return!
(DIY)3 STEPS FOR APPLYING TO TEACH IN THE USA:
STEP 1:
Requirements: (in PDF)
*2 years Classroom teaching experiences
*RESUME & Cover Letter
*3 References and letters of References from previous Companies
*Teaching License PRC (only for processing your Visa in the Philippine Embassy)
*TOR & Diploma (Must be Evaluated with Foreign Credential Evaluation Companies (FCE)) Budget: 300USD up
The List of FCE Companies is here
LINKS: https://www.naces.org/members
I personally use WES: https://applications.wes.org/
*The FCE of TOR can be done later
STEP 2:
Once youโve gathered all your requirements you may start applying for SCHOOLS DIRECTLY.
There are 2 ways :
1.) Send your Resume, Cover Letter, Reference Letter & TOR to the emails of the School Districts
*You may register to these valid job sites:
LINKEDIN
K12JobSpot: https://www.k12jobspot.com/
ED JOIN: https://www.edjoin.org/Home/DistrictJobPosting/1555247
Schools Springs: https://www.schoolspring.com/search.cfm
Indeed:

2.) Search for Schools and apply on their School Website and Register there.
*Check this list of schools that offer J1 & HB1 Visa: https://www.myvisajobs.com/Elementary-and-Secondary...
Important you need to be patient with their responses if they would schedule you for an interview or you have to be positive if they will decline your application. (ALWAYS BE POSITIVE)
STEP 3:
Once youโve got a job offer itโs time to look for sponsoring agency to help you work on your visa processes. Here is the link: https://j1visa.state.gov/.../how-to-apply/sponsor-search/...
There are Sponsoring Agencies that offer 0 fees and these are:
EPI: https://teachwithepi.com/user/login?destination=/user/82098/dashboard&autologout_timeout=1
TGP:https://tpgculturalexchangellc.formstack.com/forms/...
GTP: https://globalteachingpartners.com/application/
FACES: https://www.facesinc.org/
GEC:https://gecexchanges.com/work-and-travel/
Not sure with these others (Please check their websites) :
*CICD Global Opportunities: https://www.cicdgo.com/work.../frequently-asked-questions/
*Spirit Cultural Exchange: https://www.spiritexchange.com/.../get-started.../...
*IIE: https://www.iie.org/.../US-Exchange.../Teacher-Program
Green Heart:https://greenheart.org/services/
*ITES: https://jiffyteacherlive.azurewebsites.net/...

Or even if you donโt have a job offer, you may check these sponsoring agencies since they also have job offers for you.
Once you have a job offer and sponsoring agency, then you are good to go!
IMPORTANT: BUDGET 3,000 - 5,000 USD for all the processes and pocket money when you arrived in the USA. (Just in case)
Other things to be done, like getting your SSN (Social Security), BluePrint, State Teaching Exam, and more will be your Sponsoring Agency to help you reach your American Dream!
