How cool is this? Gargaphia has it's own historic marker! This landmark was the fascinating setting for much of my book, The Persistent Buccaneer.

News! Dana Kester-McCabe will be a speaker on the 2024 Delmarva Author Panel at the Ocean Pines Branch of Worcester County Library, June 10th. Also on the panel will be Gail Priest author of Soul Dancing, Joan D. Cooper author of Lilac Hill Folly, and Michell M. Green author of The Island Sold Out, a Molly Hansen Mystery. Wilmington native Louisa Carpenter, was a pioneering pilot and horsewoman, known for living openly as a le***an long before it was socially accepted.
