WASHINGTON (June 26, 2025) – Pending home sales increased by 1.8% in May from the prior month and 1.1% year-over-year, according to the National Association of Realtors® Pending Home Sales report. All four U.S. regions experienced month-over-month increases – most notably the West. Year-over-year, contract signings rose in the Midwest and South, while they fell in the Northeast and West. On Thursday, June 19th, 25 teams teed off at Tom O'Leary Golf Course in support of three incredible Bismarck-Mandan charities. The weather couldn’t have been better, and it was an amazing opportunity for REALTORS® and business partners to come together, have some fun, and give back to our community.
