If your or someone you know has a home was damaged in the ND tornadoes between June 19-27, 2025, NDAR's grant through REALTORS® Relief Foundation (RRF) may be able to provide assistance.
NDAR has been approved for $50,000 from RRF to assist ND citizens who had significant damage to their homes, up to $1,000 per household. Grants are first-come, first-served, and the deadline to apply is August 27, 2025.
The grant is for damage to primary, owner-occupied residences (second homes, sheds, silos, etc. are not included). Renters can also apply if they were displaced due to tornado damage. Applicants can apply for funds toward a mortgage, rent at a new location, or hotel costs (those with paid-off mortgages can also apply, up to $500 per household).
