🔸 Orange Shirt Day – September 30 🔸

Next Tuesday, let’s come together by wearing orange to honor and remember Indigenous children who were taken from their families and sent to residential and boarding schools in Canada and the U.S.

Orange Shirt Day is also about learning and growing — taking time to understand the history and impact of those schools, and standing in support of truth and reconciliation.

Why September 30?
This date marks the time of year when many Indigenous children were taken to residential schools. It is also recognized as the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation.

🎉 Honor the Code Coupons & Saber Code Prize Drawer 🎉

At Legacy High School, we celebrate students who live out our SABER values every day:

When teachers see students demonstrating the Saber Code, they award an Honor the Code coupon. Students can trade coupons for small treats 🍬 and each coupon also enters them into a drawing for a prime parking spot 🚗✨.

October 16th is Military Night! LHS raises funds each year to show their support for our military by selling military shirts and sweatshirts prior to the game. Shirts can be ordered now through October 3rd at this link: https://legacy-military.itemorder.com/shop/home/

As fans we ask that you wear your military shirts with pride, proceeds from the sale of these shirts go to support our military.

Current military and vets who show their military ID and their spouses will be allowed entry into the game free of admission. THANK YOU to our military who have promised to defend our country.
