Last week I got the opportunity to do a very different type of photography than what I usually do and do a surprise photoshoot of 2 very close friends of mine getting engaged. Drew texted me and asked if I’d be willing to hide and take pictures while he proposed to Katie and I obviously couldn’t say no so I threw on some camo, hid in the bushes, and waited. I am very happy for these two and with how the pictures came out! Congratulations guys!

I want to post this picture separate from the rest of the pictures I took of a brew day at Eastern Divide mainly because it’s in black and white while the rest are in color but also because I think it’s my favorite from that photo shoot. I spent a morning with Brandon and Zak, the brewers at EDBC, capturing (most of) the process of how beer is brewed at Eastern Divide in a series of brand photography shots for them. I’m pretty happy with how they turned out and plan to post the best of the rest sometime this week or next week. Here is another shot I took of Eastern Divide’s Inniskilling Irish Red Ale in a recent series of product photography photos I took for their social media. This one is one of my favorites! I really like how the red on the bottom reflects onto the can and matches the color scheme very well. I have 3 or 4 more shots of cans ready to post and then I’m going to move on to various shots I’ve taken of food, staff members, and customers!

Here is the first shot of a project I did for Eastern Divide, taking product photos of their beer cans in stock! I tried to a few different methods and backdrops and my favorite for this one was laying the can on top a patch of turf and doing a top down shot!
