After over 100 years, the Bugle, the Virginia Tech yearbook, has ceased publication.
This was not a decision we came to lightly. We watched the interest in portraits decline, and we watched the sales of books decline as well. Admittedly, we were contacted more often by the parents of the students to find out about the yearbook, and not the students.
But we were a student yearbook. If the students weren't interested, the audience for our medium, the love and time we put into the creation of a book wasn't necessary any longer.
We appreciate the time, attention, and love shown to the Bugle since 1895.
We are cataloging our remaining issues to sell them, so please check this page for more information after the spring semester is over for an inventory.
