HELL-ACIOUS HUMIDITY & HEAT here in … Triple Digits..

I Am doing my best to keep my family cool & hydrated..

Speaking of Which,,, Last week I gave that Focus+H2O a GO and it’s actually really good!!

Tastes like a Crisp Lemon-Lime Refresher and even Jacks been using it when he’s cutting weeds, or Bass Fishing.. Hardly any cramping at night now..

But besides that,, I simply wanted to say ,,

But we sure did have FUN.. And at our age that’s what matters most !!
••• It hasn’tt always been like this .. In our 20-30’s we rushed around like chickens with our hands gone.. But every time we’d take 15-20minutes just to SLOW-DOWN and enjoy the moment .. We started finding our way back to one another ..

Fast Forward till today.. It’s the lil moments like this that keep us young at heart .. ❤️
