Hello everyone!! Long time no “see”

Hibachi at Home!

This time we switched it up with noodles instead of fried rice. I bought a large container of ramen noodles at Costco, but of course my kids say it’s not like the “regular” kind from Walmart. So, I repurposed some of it for dinner. I was out of shrimp, so we just did chicken and beef this time. Tried some new veggie spring rolls from Costco and stir-fry veggie packs from the bagged salad section at Ingles to save on prep time for a busy week night!

Anyway, this week’s easy solution for lunch meal prep! I had the time to get some salad ingredients prepped and will add a leftover protein each day with the salad. Easy peasy and not a huge time commitment. Win/win!

We eat salad a LOT (have you met my children = ) so I’m always looking for new combinations/ideas! What are your favorite salad toppings or combos?? 🥦🥬🥗🥙
