The 14th annual Blanchard Bluegrass Festival in Blanchard, OK, promised to be a vibrant celebration of music, community, and culture. It did not disappoint.

The City of Blanchard Transfer Site will be closed from this Saturday until next Tuesday in observation of Labor Day.
City hall will also be closed on Monday and will reopen Tuesday morning at 8am.

Well a year of planning, and a few weeks of preparation for our 14th annual Bluegrass Festival has come to a close.
2 evenings filled with great music, family fun and food went by without a hitch.
On behalf of the City of Blanchard and the Parks Department, I would like to thank our primary sponsors Ovintiv, OEC/OEC Fiber, Liberty National Bank,First National Bank and Corner Copy. Also Dakotas Family Restaurant, Kathy’s Cottage, Blanchard Drug & Gift, Local Merch and Sonic.
Thank you as well to all our volunteers, courtesy shuttle drivers and city staff.
We had some great food vendors Groovy Mule, Gourmet Cotton Candy, Scoops Ice Cream, streets jerky and fresh squeezed lemonade.
And a special thanks to all of you Bluegrass fans who drove from all over the state to spend some of your time with us. With so many great things to do on the weekends we thank you for choosing to spend time with us here in Blanchard.
