We are thrilled to announce that our home bakery has secured certification as a Food Establishment under the Utah Department of Agriculture and Food. This distinction confirms that our bakery has met the stringent requirements of UDAF's inspection, encompassing food storage, dishwashing, cleanliness, food handling, and other vital aspects. The state has carefully examined and endorsed each of our recipes and labels, guaranteeing our adherence to established protocols for baking and storage. With this certification, we are officially recognized as a Cottage Bakery, empowered to sell our products throughout Utah to both individuals and businesses. To uphold this certification, we must maintain a current food handlers card, and our kitchen will be subject to recurring inspections by the state.
