We are seeking a reliable and physically fit individual to fill a full-time laborer position. Applicants must be at least 18 years old, possess a valid driver's license, and be comfortable working at heights. The ability to lift and carry 50lbs is also essential, along with basic tool knowledge and the ability to read a tape measure. A climbing test will be administered, and the successful candidate will be responsible for loading tool bags, properly storing tools, and assisting with various Millwright tasks. Experience in welding and mechanical Millwright is advantageous but not required, as we are willing to train the right candidate. The starting salary is $20/hr, dependent on experience. We offer a range of benefits, including 5 days of paid time off, generous time off during Thanksgiving and Christmas, a Roth IRA 3% match after 90 days, and regular attendance is expected.

Starting setting a new reclaim conveyor. Just a little bit of a squeeze to get back out since the ladder to the door was missing at this moment. And cut this sunflower out for another local fabrication shop that needed it for a project of their own. I'm glad we could help and can't wait to see their post of it in place!
