Hot off the presses! The Argus won 1st place in General Excellence for schools under 3,000 students in the ICPA awards.

Students also earned 10 awards for their hard work:

In September 2020, the instagram account was created to give IWU students, faculty and staff a place to speak anonymously about their experience as BIPOC individuals. Today, April 17, 2021, posts from that account were written on the quad as students protested during Illinois Wesleyan’s Admitted Students Day 2021.

This past weekend the Argus competed in the annual Illinois College Press Association conference where we took home 12 awards. We are proud to announce that this is the most the paper has received since 2003! Please help us congratulate our winners!
