It's your time to shine, everyone !!!! βœ¨βœ¨πŸŒŸπŸŒŸπŸŒŸπŸ¦ƒπŸ˜…

A family can be a strangling tight thing that catches you or tortures you, or it can become a vehicle for your freedom.

When you understand that you have taken birth in order to go through a set of experiences through which you can awaken to the truth of your being, to that part of you that is not identified with the form, but is in the form; when you understand that is what your life is about, all the institutions you find yourself in become opportunities through which you can become free.

You use it all, and you use the family by becoming a dharmic parent or a dharmic son, meaning you hear the role, and you fulfill it impeccably. You are a perfect daughter or perfect son, and not perfect in the sense of somebody else’s model of what perfection is…you have to listen for yourself.

The vayus, sometimes referred to as winds, are currents of prana, or different ways/directions life force energy moves through the body. They govern different physical, mental, and spiritual functions within the body.

We can understand and balance these energies through practices like yoga postures (asana) and breath control (pranayama).

The five primary vayus, collectively known as the Pancha Vayus, are:

πŸ’  Prana Vayu: This is the fundamental, inward-moving energy that governs intake (food) and inspiration (breath)
Function: Responsible for inhalation, swallowing, and the reception of food, water, air, and sensory impressions (sights, sounds, thoughts). It is considered the source that feeds all other vayus.

⬆️ Udana Vayu: This uplifting energy supports growth, speech, and self-expression.
Direction: Upward (from the heart to the head).
Location: The throat, head, and neck region.
Function: Influences vocalization, communication, thought processes, sensory perception, and maintaining an upright posture. Spiritually, it helps in the ascension of energy to higher centers of consciousness.

πŸŒ€ Vyana Vayu: This pervasive energy is responsible for circulation, coordination, and integrating the other vayus.
Direction: Outward (from the center to the periphery, pervading the whole body).
Function: Governs the circulation of blood, lymph, nerve impulses, and the movement of energy through the nadis (energy channels), ensuring the body functions as a coordinated whole.

πŸ”₯ Samana Vayu: Known as the "balancing air," this vayu governs assimilation and digestion.
Location: The navel area, including the stomach, liver, pancreas, and intestines.
Function: Responsible for the "digestive fire" (agni), breaking down food, air, and experiences, and distributing nutrients and energy efficiently.

⬇️ Apana Vayu: This energy controls the downward and outward flow, essential for elimination and grounding.
Direction: Downward and outward.
Location: The lower abdomen and pelvis (from the navel to the perineum).
Function: Governs all bodily processes of elimination and release, including exhalation, excretion, urination, menstruation, and childbirth. On a mental level, it helps in letting go of negative emotions and thoughts.

When these five vayus flow harmoniously, they ensure vitality and health; imbalances can lead to physical and mental ailments.

Become aware of the sushumna nadi, the spiritual channel through which Kundalini arises.

See it arising from a point below the coccyx and just above the muladhara chakra, and flowing upward through the center of the spinal column to the crown of the head.

See the major chakras attached to the sushumna each in their proper place: muladhara at the perineum, swadhisthana at the coccyx, manipura behind the navel, anahata behind the heart, visuddhi behind the throat, and Ajna at the midbrain.

This upward movement of the Kundalini energy is called sakticāla.

Only by awakening the sushumna can the Kundalini arise.

This is achieved by moderation of diet, yoga postures, and rotation of the prana and the breath. Then, by regular practice, the Kundalini force begins to awaken and uncoil itself.

Simply touching a tree can help ground you. By making direct physical contact with the Earth's natural surface, like a tree, you allow your body to connect with the Earth's electrons, which helps neutralize free radicals and restore your nervous system. You can take this even further by practicing tree meditation πŸ§˜πŸΎβ€β™€οΈπŸŒ²πŸŒ³πŸŒ΄βœ¨

Seek the wisdom of knowing others. Stay still, and know thyself. Breathe in.

Work to organize your life. Stay still, and see the patterns. Breathe out.

Prioritize and create your goals. Stay still, and see the way.

Breathe in; breathe out. Breathe in; breathe out.

Stay still. There, between your breaths, know thyself.
