Chia seed Pudding is one of my favorite personal breakfasts! It's rich in fiber, protein and Omega-3s.

If you’re trying to lose weight, stay focused, or just feel better overall, chia seeds are a game changer.

They keep you full for longer, help curb cravings, and are packed with Omega-3s to support brain health.

All you need
1 banana
1 cup of milk
2 Tbspn chia seeds
Β½ Cup Greek yogurt
1 Tbspn unsweetened cocoa powder

My toddler cleared his plate in minutes after tasting this yummy homemade cereal!

Ingredients
~1 cup cashew nuts
~1 cup pumpkin seeds
~1 cup dates (washed and dried)
~1 cup coconut
~3 cups of oats

Roast and blend all the ingredients in a blender, store in an airtight container and make with either milk or chicken broth!

It's so delicious caused l cleared the remainant in the potπŸ˜‰πŸ˜…!

Kids Approved Banana Bread, just 5 ingredients!
No refined sugars, No Flour!

Perfect for school snacks😍

Ingredients
3 ripe banana ( the browner the better for more sweetness)
8 deseeded soaked dates
2 cups of oats flour
2 eggs( ran out of eggs, so l used 1)
1 tsp baking soda
Vanilla extract ( optional).

All you need
Banana
Unflavored cocoa powder
Greek yogurt
Nuts
Milk.

It releases energy slowly, no sugar rush. You can refrigerate and pack to school on juice days. It's very easy to make!
