We discovered a new restaurant, Hala Madrid, and loved it so much we went twice—first for takeout, then back the next day to sit and enjoy the full dining experience. To top it off, we treated ourselves to Sarita, the popular ice cream parlour everyone in Cayo raves about. Hi, My name is Barbara and I'm originally from Belize located in Central America south of Mexico and west of the Caribbean Sea. I now reside in Southern California with my husband of over 38 years. We have 3 young adult children Josh, Jory and Jada. Josh and Jada reside with us and play a major part behind the scenes. Our 2nd born son Jory is married and has a teenage step daughter.
