You favorite friendly neighborhood therasexcoachologist is still kicking 😁😅; maybe not as hard, but still kicking nonetheless. Let’s talk about ; I was challenged to take a because I’m someone who doesn’t often take pictures themselves. As someone who has struggled with their own self-esteem struggles, I know it’s hard for some of us to put ourselves out there. This is my challenge to you: Be audacious. Go for it; if not for those that care about you, go for YOURSELF! Just as said 🎼Put your ‘freakum dress’ on 🎼; put clothes that make you feel good; put on your favorite earrings or necklace/chain; do what feels good. Your opinion of yourself has an effect on your , , and even the wellbeing of those around you (moods/attitude can be contagious). Treat yourself the with the same love and care that you freely would give to someone you externally love and care about. Not sure how? Comment or DM me so that we can work on coming up with ways that work for you! Let’s team up!
