It was a Craft Kitchen kinda day... Love these guys!

Double smash burger with bacon, beer cheese on the side for the fries, chicken tenders with house ranch, chili garlic BBQ sauce, and sweet carolina mustard. Hot, fresh, fantastic! 🍔🥓🥒🍟🧀🍗🍵

Celebrated the conclusion of with a spectacular dinner at . First time having the tarte flambé and beef tartar (I know, I'm ashamed), and both were delicious. But the stars of the show were the May River oysters with "giardiniera" mignonette and the vutter poached golden tile with shaved sunchokes, lemon and leek rice pilaf with honeydew melon and miso nagé (i.e."to swim," broth poured at the table). indulged in some beef bourguignon after he recorded one last spotlight video of the Soupe a L'Oignon, which was the very first soup I enjoyed on the Tour. Thanks to for constantly inspiring me, as this endeavor would not be where it is today without his encouragement. A beautiful night for a great dinner on the patio, and a fitting way to close out one of the most interesting and exciting experiences of my brief yet burgeoning foray into the wonderful world of food! Thank you for following us on the Tour and please for the announcement of the winner and all the exciting things we have planned for 2026! 🙏🏽🥂
