Jorge Enrique González Carreño es un reconocido traductor e intérprete con una destacada trayectoria internacional en el ámbito de la comunicación, la formación ejecutiva y la interpretación simultánea y consecutiva. Es socio fundador de Interact Group SAS – Language Skills, una firma especializada en servicios lingüísticos y capacitación empresarial en inglés, con presencia en Colombia y EEUU.
Jorge es Comunicador Social y Periodista, además de poseer un MBA con énfasis en Mercadeo, lo que le ha permitido combinar habilidades comunicativas con visión estratégica en el desarrollo de proyectos lingüísticos y corporativos. Es miembro activo de importantes asociaciones profesionales como la American Translators Association (ATA) y la Association of Translators and Interpreters of Florida (ATIF).
A lo largo de su carrera ha prestado servicios de interpretación simultánea y traducción documental a una amplia gama de clientes nacionales e internacionales, entre los que se destacan USAID, Bancolombia, Oracle, Motorola, Johnson & Johnson, la Embajada de Estados Unidos, Inexmoda, SAS Institute, entre otros. Su experiencia abarca desde conferencias de alto nivel y llamadas ejecutivas, hasta proyectos institucionales complejos como licitaciones y programas de cooperación internacional.
Adicionalmente, ha liderado procesos de formación en inglés corporativo para ejecutivos, consolidando su reputación como un facilitador del bilingüismo y el entendimiento intercultural en contextos empresariales.
Actualmente, Jorge divide su tiempo entre Colombia y los Estados Unidos, ofreciendo servicios lingüísticos de alta calidad que conectan culturas y potencian el éxito de empresas globales.

Jorge Enrique González Carreño is a renowned translator and interpreter with an outstanding international career in the fields of communication, executive training, and both simultaneous and consecutive interpretation. He is the co-founder of Interact Group SAS – Language Skills, a firm specializing in linguistic services and corporate English training, with a presence in Colombia and the United States.
Jorge is a Social Communicator and Journalist, and also holds an MBA with an emphasis in Marketing, which has allowed him to combine communication skills with strategic vision in the development of linguistic and corporate projects. He is an active member of prestigious professional associations such as the American Translators Association (ATA) and the Association of Translators and Interpreters of Florida (ATIF).
Throughout his career, he has provided simultaneous interpretation and document translation services to a wide range of national and international clients, including USAID, Bancolombia, Oracle, Motorola, Johnson & Johnson, the U.S. Embassy, Inexmoda, SAS Institute, among others. His experience spans from high-level conferences and executive calls to complex institutional projects such as tenders and international cooperation programs.
Additionally, he has led corporate English training processes for executives, consolidating his reputation as a facilitator of bilingualism and intercultural understanding in business contexts.
Currently, Jorge divides his time between Colombia and the United States, offering high-quality linguistic services that connect cultures and drive the success of global companies.
