A few months ago I sat down for an interview with Florida Realtor magazine, and it’s officially live: “Real Estate Niches That Start With Real Life.”

The article dives into how life’s biggest transitions, like probate, inherited homes, and senior downsizing, can become a niche built on relevance, compassion, and real connection instead of chasing every buyer and seller in town.

This niche found me the hard way, through my own experience losing both of my parents and navigating probate myself in the 1990’s.

Since 2012 it’s still the work I care most about.
