What a great leader looks like. We often think of leaders as individuals who keep emotions out of the workplace, but in actuality, the best leaders understand and respect their own and their employees' emotions and learn how to manage those emotions in ways that foster trust, increase buy-in, and inspire the individuals around them. The best part is- these are all skills that can be learned, and it's never too late to start working on them!
