I’ve always heard people talk about creatine for building muscle, getting stronger, and improving performance in the gym.

What nobody told me was how much it could impact me mentally.

Over the last several months, I’ve been taking about 20 grams of creatine a day consistently, and while the physical benefits have been great, the biggest surprise has been what it’s done for my focus, energy, and overall mental performance.

I feel sharper in meetings.

More focused when I’m working.

More motivated throughout the day.

And I seem to have more mental endurance when dealing with stress, decision making, and long workdays.

Maybe that’s why more and more research is coming out showing that creatine isn’t just a muscle supplement. Your brain uses a tremendous amount of energy too.

For me, the biggest benefit hasn’t been looking stronger.

It’s been feeling stronger.

Physically and mentally.
