So my husband says that the ring has to be placed under the waist in order for it to count, and I say, it doesn't matter as long as it's below the other person's chin. Which is correct?

In the mid 90s, Bath & Body Works had college girls in an absolute chokehold. I remember how hard it was to choose a scent because they had so many great ones…Sun-Ripened Raspberry, Plumeria, Country Apple, White Gardenia, Freesia, etc. Cucumber Melon didn’t come out until late 90s and then that made my rotation.
I remember going into B*W and they had the body splashes,shower gels, lotions, and creams for $10 each for the large bottles or you could get a mix-and-match for 3 for $24 and it was the hardest decision of my life. 🤣
Ohhhh life was good. 💕
