SCREWWORM JUST DOWN THE ROAD
The Texas Parks and Wildlife Department on June 3 received confirmation of a detection of New World screwworm Zavala County. A sample collected from a three-week-old calf with an umbilical lesion was identified and confirmed as New World screwworm.
