Your cravings aren’t random—they’re a biological body hack. 🧠🥩

Your baby takes what it wants, and your brain forces you to go find it. The pickle logic actually makes so much sense now.

What !! How 10cm cervix actually looks like. 🤯

Most people don't realize how much the cervix transforms to bring a baby into the world.
Driven by oxytocin and prostaglandins, the cervix opens up during labor, shifting from early stages into active labor as contractions peak. Passing 8cm brings the intense transition phase, where the body works overtime to stretch the final remaining amount to 10cm. Once fully dilated, the pushing stage begins!

Did the visual progression surprise you? Drop your thoughts below! 👇

After 20 weeks... your baby can hear your voice🤰👶.

Your voice becomes one of the first sounds your baby learns to recognize even before birth. 🤰👶
Talk, sing, or read a story... every moment helps create a special bond. ❤️

🚨 The "heavy feeling" after child birth explained...

If it feels like a tampon is falling out, you aren't crazy. It’s called a Cystocele (bladder prolapse).

When childbirth stretches your pelvic floor, the bladder can bulge into the vaginal wall. It is terrifying, but incredibly common and highly treatable! Pelvic floor exercises and physical therapy are game-changers.

Why do doctors care so much about the 37-week mark? 🤔🩺

Before 37 weeks, a baby is missing vital lung capacity and body fat. If they arrive early, they rely on a NICU incubator to do the job the womb hasn't finished yet—keeping them warm and breathing safely.

Watch the video to see why the incubator is the ultimate lifesaver! 👆🏥

To the mama who woke up to p*e 4 times. 🤰👶

It’s exhausting, but your body is doing exactly what it needs to do! In the 1st trimester, it’s a massive rush of hormones making your kidneys work harder. By the 3rd, it’s your beautiful growing baby just needing a little more room. You are doing amazing! ✨

👇 Tag your partner in the comments so they can learn the science behind the constant p*e breaks!

🧵 If your C-section scar still feels totally numb... you aren’t alone.

During a C-section, it’s not just skin that’s divided—those tiny, microscopic nerve pathways are cut too. While your skin heals relatively fast, your nerves operate on a completely different timeline (growing at a snail's pace of about 1mm a day!).

For some moms, feeling comes back in a few months. For others, it can take a year or more.

How many months postpartum are you, and has your sensation started coming back yet? 👇

Imagine carrying your future teeth inside your skull for years... 😳💀

That's exactly what toddlers do. Their permanent teeth are already hiding beneath their eyes, waiting for their moment.

The human body is stranger than fiction. 🦷👽

One tiny flashlight can reveal something incredible about life before birth. 🔦👶

The womb isn't completely dark. Around 28 weeks, a fetus can detect bright light filtering through the mother's belly, and some respond by gently turning toward the brightest area.

Nature is amazing. ❤️

If you are pregnant, you need to know this before you panic! 👽

A newborn's skull isn't one solid bone—it’s actually made of flexible plates that overlap so they can safely pass through the birth canal.

It’s called "skull molding," and that little cone head will completely round out on its own in a few days!
