I switched up my protein powder for the winter. This one is great bc 2 scoops = 50g of protein (max you can absorb), and 3g of sugar. It’s a little higher in carbs at 17g, but I’m using the winter to add some mass.

What are you guys using?

I used to be a personal trainer and I’ve been skinny, heavy, and muscular, but nevertheless ideal shape.

BUT WHY? Because I always gave less than 100%. Sure my 60% was better than most people’s effort… that may have often been 3-4 days a week, and random dieting / eating habits. But I WAS NOT CONSISTENT AND DID NOT PUSH MYSELF.

I had to kill my comfort. Kill my inner dialogue and show up every single day, not just in the gym but between my ears, in my spirit, in my life and in my work. Otherwise, it’s insane how fast things can slip and you lose YEARS being a 50% capacity person.

I don’t know about you, but I want to live my best life for myself and to better the lives of everyone around me.

There is NO EXCUSE to not be the best version of yourself...I’m gunna teach you guys how.
