I have been waiting patiently for months now to share this 100+ year old blue beauty as it has neared completion.

I am so thankful to Blackstone Property Co. for allowing me to have a hand in designing this special place. From light fixture planning, paint colors, kitchen remodel, furniture and windows, I have LOVED IT ALL! This gorgeous home will be listed for short term rental very soon! Neutrals are nice, but when you have the chance to do something outside the ordinary, you take it! I am totally in love with how this bathroom turned out! Coastal, sea-foamy green was the dream and Iā€™d say it turned out quite nicely. šŸ˜šŸ©µ

āœØHattiesburg Pool House Pt. 1āœØ

Late last July, my sister-in-law messaged me about a friend looking for someone to assist her in choosing design finishes for her new pool house. Nervously, I agreed to go take a look at the project and wound up diving in head first! The job I was scared to take on, turned out to be one of my absolute most enjoyable! The icing on the cake though, was becoming friends with one of the most absolutely precious families Iā€™ve ever met! Iā€™m so grateful they took a chance on me.

Thereā€™s still a little more to be done in the outdoor kitchen and also awaiting a coffee table, but overall, sheā€™s coming along beautifully so I couldnā€™t wait to share! More to come..

Between last Friday & Saturday: 34 flights of stairs climbed, 29,692 steps taken, 12.15 miles walked, 6 different back-up floorplans and still, no ā€œlevel 4 high-riskā€ severe weather forecast was going to stop this beautiful day from happening! šŸ˜… Alaina & Kaden, thank you for asking me to be a part of your special day! šŸ©·

The tempestuous weather on what was intended to be a picturesque outdoor wedding day served as the perfect metaphor for the newlyweds.. when storms arise, remain steadfast and weather them together.

What a whirlwind of a weekā€¢end. To say the last week was a rollercoaster is a complete understatement, thanks to Mother Nature! But, somehow, someway, we made it happen thanks to Liz Carroll for being my sidekick and also to Three Lakes Manor for all of their help in making this wedding happen in the middle of complete weather pandimonium.
