Hey, Hoomans! It’s Badger the Shop Dog again. I wanted to tell you about some changes that are happening here in our shop. We are transitioning to a new order processing system that was designed specifically to fit our needs. If you placed an order this week or made a change to an order, you probably saw a delay in receiving your order confirmations. I a-paw-logize for that! It may cause some delays for the next few weeks, while we learn our new system and figure out how to streamline it. Once we have fully made the switch, we hope that it makes things easier for all of you, our customers. We are still going to take orders by phone. However, your order confirmation will allow you to check in on your order. When we are getting close to starting your order, you will receive a notification to confirm and finalize it. You will receive another notification when we start your order. It will email you again with tracking information when your order ships and it will let you know when your order has been delivered. Some of you have probably already received order confirmations from the new system. If you have an existing order, you will receive a notification to confirm and finalize that order when we are ready to start it. We hope that this new system will be beneficial to our customers as well as to further streamline our production. Have a good weekend, everydoggy!

Hey, Badger the Shop Dog here. I just want to let everyone know that we will be closing our shop down at 11:30am MDTZ on Monday, September 30th so our crew can attend a class.

If you need to get a hold of us, please give us a call today or first thing Monday morning. While the Hoomans are learning and training on Monday, I'm going to chase squirrels and take a nap in the sun. Regular business hours will resume on Tuesday, October 1st.
