A trend can be useful when it supports the strategy.
It can give your content momentum.
It can make an idea easier to package.
It can help your audience connect with the message faster.
But the second a trend starts pulling you away from the actual goal, it becomes a distraction.
And small business owners do not need more distractions.
You do not have to chase every audio, format, prompt, or content style just because it is working for someone else.
That does not make you behind.
It makes you discerning.
Use the trend if it strengthens the message.
