Gabby and I have been keeping this one close until the timing felt right. Earlier this year, her family lost their sweet Murphy, and she wanted to give her dad something truly meaningful to remember him by. 🐾💍

She’d noticed how much he loved a ring he bought from Chad at - and if you know her dad, he is not a jewelry guy. But he was blown away by Chad’s work, which made this decision easy. So over the summer, Gabby worked with Chad to design a custom ring that held a piece of Murphy in the most beautiful way. His ashes were blended with meteorite and jet inside the channel, creating something one of a kind and full of love.

Watching her dad receive it was one of those moments you don’t forget. 🥹

Post-workout fuel never looked (or tasted) this good. 💪☕️

Gabby and I recently stopped by Grindz Coffee in Garden City after our Culture workout class to replenish.

Gabby’s not a coffee drinker, but she loved the refresher packed with fresh fruit and nutrients to help us bounce back post-workout. 🍓🥭 The real star here, though, is the food. Their breakfast burritos are a game-changer! Made by a local gal, only using pork shoulder (the best cut of meat) and fresh (never frozen) potatoes - packing 72 grams of protein in each burrito. 😱

Plus, everything is baked in-house, from their cookies to pastries. And with a menu focused on healthy, fresh ingredients, this place is the perfect stop for anyone looking to refuel the right way!

Grindz, located just steps from the Boise River Greenbelt, opened in February of this year, and it’s already become a go-to for the healthiest, tastiest bites and drinks. What an inspiring morning at the St. Jude Dream Home Groundbreaking with 🏡💛 Everyone was so kind, welcoming, and full of heart. It was incredible to see our community come together for such a meaningful cause.

This year’s home will help raise over $3.2 million for , ensuring families never have to worry about medical bills while their children heal. Truly amazing work being done right here in the Treasure Valley. 💫
