IDAHO'S CHANTELL AND MIKE SACKETT - THE ULTIMATE DAVID AND GOLIATH STORY - HOW A 0.63 ACRE PROPERTY IN PRIEST LAKE BECAME THE CENTER OF TWO SUPREME COURT CASES! AND HOW THIS HELPED THEM COME TO FAITH!

Chantell and Mike Sackett join "Here We Have Idaho" co-host Victor Miller on Friday at 4:00PM on KSPD (790AM - 94.5FM).

The Sackett's were at the center of two Supreme Court cases involving overreach by the Environmental Protection Agency.

They tell their story - buying a 0.63 acre property in a subdivision in 2005 - how the Environmental Protection Agency got involved - how the EPA declared the land "wetlands" - their trips through the District Court and Ninth Circuit Court and their two trips to the Supreme Court where they won two unanimous decisions! The precedents their cases changed environmental law forever!

It's the ultimate David versus Goliath story - how a couple in Priest Lake Idaho beat the EPA and how the Supreme Court helped reset the definition of Waters of the United States (WOTUS) and what "wetlands" means.

Their story is a legal saga that lasted 17 years! And the whole adventure brought them to faith!
