Make sure you don’t miss slide three. Turn your sound on. 🔊

No mentor, course, or program can build your business for you. Even if they “guarantee” you cases.

You still have to do the work. Your action is what brings you success.

You still have to network.
You still have to practice.
You still have to put yourself out there.

And note the right support doesn’t remove the work.

It helps you navigate it with more confidence, direction, and less overwhelm.

You can have all the information, videos, templates, books, etc but if you don’t actually DO THE WORK, it will never happen for you.

Trying to save money is understandable.

I get it đź’Ż!

My entire goal here was to bring the message you don’t need to spend thousands to get started as a Legal Nurse Consultant.

The truth is no you don’t need to spend thousands to do it; however, investing in a mentorship can save you time, extra money, your reputation, and quite literally frustrations. But you have to ask the right questions before investing.

Another truth is if you’re turning in reports you aren’t confident in or don’t fully understand, you could damage your confidence and your reputation before you even get started.

The goal isn’t to spend the least amount of money.

The goal is to be competent and supported.

I reinvented the LNC clarity guide to give you all the basic nuggets of info and a transparent look into the career to know if investing is right for you. Comment GUIDE and I will send it over!

The most expensive option isn’t always the best option.

The real question is:
What support do you need?

What mentor support does that program provide?

Do you learn best independently or with mentorship?

Will you have access to the mentor who is the one promoting the program?

Will the program help you understand reports, marketing, networking, and implementation?

Will you receive a sample case and LIVE feedback?

What is the timeline for answers when you ask questions?

Price doesn’t determine value. Fit does. Make sure you are asking the hard questions before investing.

I really thought I’d be a “PRN princess” as a bedside nurse forever… until maternity leave changed everything.

Before becoming a mom, PRN felt like freedom to me.

More flexibility.
More control over my schedule.
More balance.

But once I became a mom, I started realizing something…

I didn’t just want flexibility with my shifts.

I wanted flexibility with my LIFE.

I wanted mornings that didn’t feel rushed.
More presence with my kids.
Less exhaustion.
Less recovering from work on my days off.

And honestly? That realization completely changed the direction of my life.

That’s what eventually led me to lean into my Legal Nurse Consulting side business.

Not because I hated nursing…
but because I wanted a different way to live. Can you relate?

She thought two 12-hour bedside nurse shifts would be the perfect “Mama schedule” until she lived it.

On paper, it sounded ideal.

Only working a couple days a week. More time home with my kids. More balance.

But what I didn’t realize was how much of my life revolved around preparing for shifts, recovering from shifts, trading childcare, and constantly feeling exhausted.

I remember thinking:
“There has to be another way to use my nursing experience that gives me more flexibility than this.”

That’s eventually what led me to Legal Nurse Consulting.

But honestly? Trying to figure out where to start felt incredibly overwhelming at first.

That’s exactly why I created my LNC Clarity Guide.

I wanted nurses to have a place to start before spending thousands on courses or feeling completely lost trying to piece information together online.

Inside, I break down what Legal Nurse Consulting actually is, how it works, what it realistically takes to get started, and important things to consider before investing further.

It’s the guide I truly wish I had when I was first looking into this path.

Comment GUIDE and I’ll send it to you.

Hi! If you’re new here, I wanted to reintroduce myself because this page has grown so much lately.

I’m Erin, a Nurse (22 years), Mama (9 years), Legal Nurse Consultant (9 years), Mentor ( almost 3 years 🤯), and now someone passionate about helping nurses build more flexibility, freedom, and income beyond the bedside.

I was a bedside nurse for 17 years.

And honestly? I never planned on leaving bedside nursing.

But becoming a Mom changed everything for me.

I found myself constantly exhausted trying to juggle
• 12-hour shifts
• childcare trades
• missed weekends
• night shifts
• recovering from work while trying to still be present at home

I wanted more flexibility for my life and family, but I had NO idea where to start.

That’s eventually what led me to lean into my side business of Legal Nurse Consulting. I was already doing it along side bedside nursing but I had major imposter syndrome of making it a full time income.

Then during 2020 I was furloughed from my two PRN bedside jobs and I went all in and never looked back. It was life changing.

So… what IS a Legal Nurse Consultant?

A Legal Nurse Consultant (LNC) is a registered nurse who uses their medical knowledge to assist attorneys with medically related legal cases.

This can include:
• reviewing medical records
• creating chronologies and summaries
• identifying missing documentation
• helping attorneys understand medical terminology
• assisting with case organization and education

There are multiple ways nurses can work in this field depending on their goals and experience.

Now I mentor nurses who are curious about:
✨ Legal Nurse Consulting
✨ building flexibility beyond bedside
✨ digital products and online income
✨ and creating a life that feels more aligned with what they truly want

And the biggest thing I want nurses to know is this👇

You do NOT need to have everything figured out to start exploring different possibilities for your life.

I’m so happy you’re here. Hit that follow button and stick around. 🫶

Not one person warned me that perimenopause would have me kicking my sheets off at 2am every night…

And honestly? Finding bedding that actually keeps me comfortable has made a bigger difference than I expected.

These Cozy Earth bamboo sheets are temperature regulating, insanely soft, and don’t leave me waking up overheated in the middle of the night.

As a mom / nurse in my 40s, good sleep is no longer optional.

If you are in your perimenopause or menopause era, these are for you! Comment SHEETS and I will send ya the link with my 20% off code!
