In the US, things swing wildly from one extreme to another. We end up in a constant fight, regardless of direction. It's time we found unity and stopped arguing over trivial matters, focusing instead on solving actual problems.

The future belongs to those who can adapt. Yet, we often resist change, especially with technology. Watching people fight it, like my brother refusing a computer but relying on his phone, shows how difficult it can be. But if you don't adapt, you can't move forward.

Remember when mice had balls that needed cleaning? Scotty trying to use a computer in Star Trek by talking to a mouse feels less crazy now! It's amazing how far we've come, but also how much we resist change.

Some nights just hit different.

A glass of 2023 Double Oak, a tri-tip on the , and the cutting board doing exactly what it was built for. Had to make sure the Raptor T brand made an appearance. The railroad spike steak flipper from was putting in work, and the Damascus knife gifted to me by made carving that tri-tip even better.

The best part wasn’t the whiskey, the tools, or even the food—it was sitting back and watching the family enjoy it all. Good food has a way of bringing people together, creating conversations, and making memories that last.

Grateful for the people, the craftsmanship, the food, and the moments that remind us what really matters.

A little family walk up to Table Rock today. ⛰️✝️

One thing we’ve been working on is staying active for at least 90 minutes every day. The kids crushed it and made the hike look easy. My wife and I, on the other hand, are definitely feeling it tonight. 😂

Getting older isn’t for the weak, but neither is sitting on the couch wishing you had done more. Forward progress is still progress, even when your knees, back, and legs are reminding you about it the next day.

Keep moving. Keep showing up. The future version of you will thank you.

My daughter gets frustrated with AI art, but I see its power for those who can't draw. It levels the playing field, allowing creators to bring their ideas to life. AI helped me create thumbnails for my YouTube channel, and I embrace using these tools to get things done.

Chasing metrics can lead us astray, just like in education where we 'dumbed down' tests instead of focusing on core skills. True progress comes from nailing the fundamentals, as proven by Jimmy Johnson's Super Bowl-winning Cowboys. Let's get back to basics.

The race for AI dominance is on, and other countries are moving fast. China is building massive power infrastructure for AI, including nuclear reactors, while US regulations slow us down. We need more power and data centers to stay competitive.

Celebrating 26 years with ❤️

26 years ago, we started this journey together, and I still can’t imagine doing life with anyone else. Through the highs, the lows, and everything in between, you’ve been my best friend, my partner, and my favorite person.

Thanks you for the awesome food and drink

Here’s to 26 amazing years and 26 more. Happy Anniversary!

🥂❤️

Handing over critical decisions to AI? Think again. Imagine an AI launching nuclear weapons because it made a laughable mistake. We're not there yet. AI needs human oversight for anything truly important.
