TITLE:
Call Center Sales Representative - Nampa
Monday through Friday | 8:00AM to 4:00PM | Hourly + Bonuses and Uncapped Commissions

Here are the details:
Starting pay is $12.00 p/h plus uncapped commissions. You will receive bonuses if goal is met. You can get to that by your first week if you are a strong performer. People who sell at the top levels get substantially more in commissions in addition to the $12.00 p/h. Our current top reps are between $13.00 and $15.00!

Responsibilities:
• Manage projects to reach their highest potential within communities
• Sell our purpose and advertising benefits with potential clients
• Meet or exceed project targets as well revenue goals.
• Strategize to overcome community challenges for the success of the project.
• Help build an internal culture that is based on our mission and provides purpose to the community.
Qualifications:
• Ability to communicate both orally and written with outstanding listening skills
• Sales experience preferred but not required
• Self Motivated
• Positive Attitude
• Ability to work well with others in a professional manner
