Hello Pumpers! I'm often asked why I love gas stations so much, so here is Pumps Unknown Gas Station 101. Gas stations have this pseudo magical ability to be or do anything. I grew up in a rural community where if I needed anything, it was either go to my local gas station, or drive into town. Rural gas stations are community hubs, and because of that they offer all sorts of services. My family rented movies from our local gas station, and we would order a pizza for dinner from the same gas station. There are gas stations that offer dry cleaning, package holding/delivery, live music, fish fry, car shows, ammo, bait, and the list goes on. That is why I say gas stations have that pseudo magical ability. You won't catch a restaurant renting movies, selling ammo, or get your dry cleaning. A gas station however, it's just the tip of iceberg.
